How did I get here?

For nearly 20 years I have been working with mostly SMEs across Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce roles.


I have been fortunate to travel extensively with roles enabling me to understand the challenges of working with different countries and cultures. 


Helping businesses to become better versions of themselves

A brief timeline of events

  • 2006: Paragon Laundry - Joined a family owned SME as a graduate field sales manager. Upon leaving I was running the national sales team and had worked on a number of projects in the Middle East.


  • 2012: Linde Material Handling & Konecranes - Wanting to experience the corporate world I joined as distribution manager for Europe, Middle East and North Africa. This was later sold to Konecranes which saw me expand my territory and work remotely out of the Swedish Head Office.


  • 2014: LTi Metaltech - With a desire to cut back on sitting in airports I joined a UK based SME specialist fabrication business in the UK heading up their sales and marketing.


  • 2015: Bearmach - Head hunted by my previous Director I joined a welsh based SME specialising in automotive parts distribution with global remit for their sales, marketing and E-Commerce.


  • 2022: Monks & Crane - Working for the CEO to strengthen the sales, marketing and E-Commerce offering. 


  • 2023: SME-Squared – Took the decision to launch the business to work with SMEs that need executive level support across their Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce functions in a fractional approach.
